Wait, isn’t that illegal?”: Fans ask as Kevin Hart buys two eagles and names them after Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley

When it comes to repping the Eagles, Kevin Hart might’ve just out-fanned every fan alive. Saquon Barkley’s still wrapping his head around it after finding out the comedian literally bought two real eagles and named one after him.
It’s no secret Kevin Hart bleeds green for the Philadelphia Eagles, but ahead of the Super Bowl, he proved it in the most extra way possible—by buying two actual eagles and naming them after quarterback Jalen Hurts and new running back Saquon Barkley.
In true Kevin Hart fashion, he dropped the news on Instagram, saying he went all in for his beloved Birds. The price tag reportedly ran into the millions, but Hart didn’t flinch.
His reasoning? The Eagles were headed for greatness, and he wanted to cement his own legacy in the most Philly way possible.
During his recent appearance on Hot Ones, Saquon Barkley was confronted with the eagle-naming news—and let’s just say, he’s hoping Hart didn’t actually spend millions on live birds.
“I hope that’s just PR, and he’s doing a really good job,” Barkley said, visibly amused. “I hope he did not spend that money on eagles.”
