Donald Trump thanked the “beautiful” Brittany Mahomes for “strongly defending” him on social media after she was criticized for seemingly supporting his 2024 presidential campaign.
“I want to thank beautiful Brittany Mahomes for so strongly defending me, and the fact that MAGA is the greatest and most powerful Political Movement in the History of our now Failing Country,” the former president, 78, wrote on Truth Social Wednesday.
“With Crime and Illegal Immigration totally out of control, INFLATION Ravaging all Americans, and a World that is laughing at the stupidity of our hapless ‘leaders,’ it is nice to see someone who loves our Country, and wants to save it from DOOM,” he added.
Trump concluded his message by writing that Brittany and her husband, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, were a “great couple” and that he would see them both “at the Super Bowl!”
Trump’s post comes nearly two weeks after Brittany, 29, clapped back at haters who criticized her for “liking” a post from the twice-impeached ex-president about his plans to “make America great again.”
“I mean honestly … To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” she wrote on her Instagram Story last month.
“There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”
