Katy Perry is continuing to push the boundaries with her new music video for her single, I’m His, He’s Mine, off her seventh album, 143, which comes out next week.
On Friday morning, the 39-year-old pop star dropped one of her steamiest music video yet, which featured her making out with a hunky male model while laying down in the middle of the street and dancing on a moving car in black monokini.
The video began with the Roar hitmaker sharing a kiss with a man, who resembles her fiancé Orlando Bloom, as they held hands while hurtling toward the ground.
‘I’m his queen, I’m his freak/ I’m every woman he wants and needs,’ Perry sang midair, before the camera panned to her collaborator, Doechii, dancing in an elevator.
After her and her on-screen lover progressively shed layers of clothing as they got frisk in the sky, Perry went on to climb on top of the hood of a chrome Corvette.

As they vehicle sped around Barcelona, she showed off her flexibility as she did the splits and gyrated on top of the flashy sports car.
Later, she and the model got frisky as she laid on top of him and he grabbed her bottom in the middle of the street.
At this point, her music video love interest was wearing only his underwear.
The release of her video comes just days after debuting the single during her raunchy performance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday.
Before accepting the honorary Video Vanguard award, Perry took to the stage to sing a medley of some of her biggest hits, including California Gurls, Teenage Dream and Fireworks.
Additionally, she invited Doechii to perform I’m His, He’s Mine with her.
Their collaboration marks her third single off her upcoming record, 143.
This summer she also released the tracks Woman’s World and Lifetimes.
The release of her new album has already received backlash after fans learned she had worked with producer Dr. Luke on her new music.
Dr. Luke was previously locked in a decade-long legal battle with singer, Kesha , 37, who he sued in 2014 when she accused him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, which he has vehemently denied.
Earlier this month while appearing on Call Her Daddy, Perry defended her decision as she addressed the controversy for the first time.
‘I understand that it started a lot of conversations,’ she said of her choice to reunite with Dr. Luke.
‘And he was one of many collaborators that I collaborated with.’
The Wide Awake singer insisted Luke is simply someone who helps her ‘facilitate’ her music.
She went on: ‘But the reality is it comes from me.
‘The truth is I wrote these songs from my experience of my whole life going through this metamorphosis, and he was one of the people to help facilitate all that—one of the writers, one of the producers.
‘I am speaking from my own experience.
‘When I speak about Woman’s World, I speak about feeling so empowered now as a mother, as a woman, giving birth creating life, creating another set of organs, a brain, a heart.
I created a whole whole heart and I did it. I’m still doing it. And I’m still a matriarch. And feeling really grounded in that, that’s where I’m speaking from.’
Katy explained that her music comes from a ‘place of celebration and love’.
