Super Bowl win, it’s now his brother Jackson Mahomes who is in the headlines.

In the case of the 22-year-old, though, it’s not for any sporting achievementsAccording to the Kansas City Star, local police are investigating allegations that Jackson Mahomes assaulted a 19-year-old waiter and assaulted the 40-year-old owner of the same restaurant.

He is accused of forcibly kissing the owner, a woman, and police are studying surveillance camera footage which appears to have captured the incident.

He has denied these claims and his lawyer shared a statement with the Kansas City Star.

“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” attorney Brandan Davies said.
