Queen Camilla Under Fire for Removing Princess Diana’s Pictures from the Royal House
Her Majesty The Queen (formerly Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall) is the second wife of King Charles III.
She was born Camilla Rosemary Shand on July 17, 1947 at King’s College Hospital London, growing up in East Sussex. She married British Army officer Andrew Parker Bowles in 1973, but the pair divorced in 1995. Camilla and Andrew had two children, and she now has five grandchildren and five step-grandchildren.
Since her marriage to The King in 2005, The Queen has become Patron or President of more than 90 charities. She was crowned Queen alongside her husband on May 6, 2023.
